If you ever wanted to live in a top school district within 20 miles of Downtown Austin, now is the time to consider a home in Lakeway, Bee Cave & any other neighborhood in the Lake Travis Indepedendent School District.? Historically, this has been a pricey area of Austin due to its great schools & proximity to the lakes.? Sandwiched between Lake Austin & Lake Travis, most neighborhoods enjoy community access to the lakes through private homeowner parks.? Falling prices in this area will entice you to take a close look at buying or investing in this area.? It’s a beautiful area with most homes situated on larger lots.? More employers are expanding into the area, and what will become the second largest hospital in Central Texas is under contruction next to Lake Travis High School.? Homes in the area start in the low 200’s.
